Cancellation policy will be communicated to you with our quotation.
Important: These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are rented out again completely or only partially.

To save yourself unpleasant costs we recommend you take out holiday cancellation protection insurance.
Reservation is binding on both parties
: As we place strong emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness your rooms will be available on the day of arrival from 2,30 p.m. Please notify us if you will be arriving after 7 p.m. On the day of departure please vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. You are of course able to spend the day of your departure in the hotel and to use the wellness area (swimming and whirl pool).

: Dog etiquette for harmonious coexistence
Out of consideration for other guests, we attach great importance to ensuring that our four-legged guests are well behaved and gentle.
The following are generally not permitted:
- Aggressive dogs
- Uncontrolled dogs
- Persistent barkers and persistent whiners
- Dogs that cause trouble
- Bitches in heat
Dogs are welcome in the room (not in the hotel bed or on the couch) and in the hotel lobby, not in the dining room and in the Dolomiti Spa.
Should you wish to dine with your four-legged friend, you can only do so in our Picnic Stuben if they behave quietly and sit on the floor.
Please bring your own blanket or basket as your four-legged friend must stay on the floor throughout the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any necessary final cleaning or damage on departure.
Four-legged friends, quiet and well-behaved, € 25,00 per day without food.
: Il Tyrol has chosen to be smoke-free. In order to ensure a healthier environment and air and to respect the majority of the guests, there will be no smoking in the hotel. If this is not followed, we charge € 250,00 for damage!
: Your booking is binding for both as soon as you have received written confirmation from us.
: You can pay your invoice in cash up to a maximum amount of € 4.999,99.
